       esta danza es originada en el choco en la zona pacifica esto lo conforma un grupo de parejas sueltas con movimientos libres e individuales,no tiene figuras preestablesidas ni hay coordinacion, como de movimientos corporales.

       esta danza ayuda a las personas divertirsen y ponersen vien para facilitar las buenas conductas de vida y estar en fiestas y carnavales en colombia.

                  Es el conjunto de alumbrados con velas y faroles y también es una celebración  y  homenaje ala virgen maría  inmaculada.

                 Es un evento cultural mas importante porque  es el concurso de alumbrados con las velas y faroles el concurso comenzó  en 1982  y se celebra cada año  el 7 y 8  de diciembre ,  se celebra los dos días  santos  católicos  la fiesta de la inmaculada concesión  ,  también es ritual  en la que la luz es símbolo  de la unión personal  entre lo terrenal  y lo espiritual ,  y maría es símbolo de pereza y unión.

                El concurso de velas y faroles es una celebración de alegría y homenaje  esta logra  atraer turistas , haber también una unión  familiar , que todos  compartamos esa celebración y homenaje  ala virgen maría inmaculada.

CARNAVAL DE BLANCOS Y NEGROS

El  carnaval  de  blancos y  negros se celebra cada año un  Pasto  una  ciudad Andina.  Este  festival  se realiza la primera  semana de  enero  del  2  hasta  el  7.

  

El 30 de septiembre en 2009 el carnaval de negros y blancos fue declarado patrimonio cultural inmaterial de la humanidad del comité de Unesco  es una fusion de varias culturas y expresiones como los andes, Amazonas y el pacifico.  En el carnaval de negros y blancos encontramos  4 etapas:  El carnavalito,   la familia castañeda, dia de negros y blancos que es el 4 de enero dia de blancos y el 7 de enero dia de los negros y  la celebracion del cuy.

El carnaval de negros y blancos se realiza para no discriminar las razas porque en esta fiesta los negros se pintan de blancos  y los blancos se pintan de negro,  es muy llamativo por su gran belleza y variedad de colores.

La cabalgata

  Trata de que cada uno saque su caballo y salga con su familia o sus amigos a celebrar la llegada de las fiestas y pasar una buena tarde con sus amigos y familia... Cuerpo- la cabalgata se creó para las fiestas en Quimbaya - Quindío para salir a exponer los caballos,burros,muletos,etc se encuentran en la plaza de las ferias a las 3.00 pm hasta la noche . Donde pueden escuchar música y beber licor. Y para la seguridad van acompañados de policías en caballo, los caballos de los policías son más grandes para cercen más en la multitud y tener mejor observación de lo sucedido.
